Account Manager

Position Overview
As an Account Manager at HALOCK, you will be the primary point of contact for clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth through new sales and expanded services. This role requires a solid understanding of security technologies and a client-centric approach to delivering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Drive new sales and expand existing accounts within your territory
- Identify client goals and security needs to deliver effective, customized solutions
- Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay current on HALOCK offerings and industry trends
- Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in HubSpot CRM
- Support account planning, pipeline development, and sales forecasting
- Travel to client sites as needed (10–15%)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer relationship roles
- Proven success in generating sales, building pipelines, and meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong prospecting and strategic selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Business acumen and experience working with C-level stakeholders
- Understanding of security technologies and client-specific challenges
- Proactive, organized, and solution-focused mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive results
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills and a consistent record of achieving goals
