Client Enablement Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, cross-functional Sales and Marketing Support Specialist to support our client engagement, sales enablement, and marketing efforts. This role will serve as a key connector between the sales, marketing, and sales teams—helping ensure seamless communication, campaign execution, and client experience. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful client interactions across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with prospect research, lead qualification, and CRM updates 
  • Prepare client-facing presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials 
  • Coordinate scheduling of client meetings, demos, and follow-up activities 
  • Monitor sales pipeline data and support reporting needs for leadership 
  • Collaborate with account executives to support RFPs, contracts, and sales documentation 

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate and support execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, and events 
  • Help create and distribute marketing collateral, email communications, and content 
  • Maintain marketing and sales assets to ensure brand consistency and accuracy 
  • Support lead generation efforts by managing inbound inquiries and nurturing prospects 
  • Track campaign performance and report on engagement metrics 

Client Engagement & Support

  • Assist in onboarding processes and welcome communications for new clients 
  • Support ongoing client engagement initiatives such as newsletters, check-ins, or learning sessions 
  • Gather client feedback and track satisfaction to support retention and upsell opportunities 
  • Collaborate with client and delivery teams to ensure smooth hand-offs from sales 
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions and feedback in CRM and related tools 

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, client success, or related roles 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation, and basic analytics 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus 
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail 
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity/technology industries is preferred
