Approximately 200 information security professionals attended HALOCK’s RSA session. Jim discussed how securing the right budget is often harder to do than performing the project requiring the budget. Many are challenged with securing the budget they need vs. prioritizing into the budget they have been given. Recognizing this issue, Jim presented a different approach to communicate to the C-Suite in a new way by leveraging an industry-proven methodology Duty of Care Risk Analysis (DoCRA) and receive the budget they truly need.
